01

Who we are

Add-On Partners is a strategic marketing consultancy trading name of Diana Catrinoi-Cornea MCIM CMktr, based in Camberley, Surrey, working with businesses across the UK and Europe.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, Diana Catrinoi-Cornea MCIM CMktr is the data controller. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, you can contact us at [email protected].

02

What data we collect and why

Enquiry and contact form

When you fill in our contact or enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to share in your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest — you have reached out to us and we need your details to reply.

Discovery call booking

When you book a discovery call, we use a third-party scheduling tool (such as Calendly or Acuity) to manage bookings. This tool collects your name, email address, and your chosen time slot. Please refer to the scheduling tool's own privacy policy for details of how they handle your data. We receive a confirmation of your booking and use it solely to prepare for and conduct your call.

Email newsletter sign-up

If you sign up to receive marketing emails from us, we collect your name and email address. We use a third-party email platform (Mailchimp) to manage our mailing list and send emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. The legal basis for this processing is consent — you have actively opted in.

Business enquiries and client work

When we work with you as a client, we may collect additional information such as your business name, phone number, billing information, and details about your business relevant to the marketing work we are doing together. This is necessary to deliver our services and fulfil our contractual obligations.

03

Google Analytics collects anonymised data and does not identify you personally. The data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not use advertising, targeting or social media cookies.
We do not run paid advertising campaigns using Meta Pixel or similar tracking at this time.
If this changes, we will update this policy and refresh your cookie consent.

When you first visit our website, you will be shown a cookie notice. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through this notice or your browser settings.

04

How long we keep your data

  • Enquiry form submissions: up to 2 years from the date of your last contact with us
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you
  • Client records: up to 6 years from the end of our working relationship, in line with standard business record keeping requirements
  • Booking data: up to 12 months after your call or appointment

We do not keep your data for longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected.

05

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share it with the following third-party service providers who help us run our business:

  • Our scheduling tool (e.g. Calendly) — to manage discovery call bookings
  • Google Analytics — to understand website usage
  • Our web hosting provider — to keep the website running

All third-party providers are required to handle your data in accordance with UK data protection law and their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

06
